5. Helping the ability of the machine to meet the needs according to its function.
6. Support the reduction of usage and storage that is out of bounds and maintain the capital invested in the company for the time specified by company policy.
7. Carry out maintenance activities effectively and efficiently to achieve the lowest possible level of maintenance costs (lowest maintenance cost).
